Can you still paint my exterior this year?

How much will my project cost?
The general ranges are published right on this page: exteriors run about $5,000 to $9,000 for a one story home, $7,000 to $15,000 for two stories and $12,000 to $20,000 for three. Interiors typically land between $3,000 and $20,000, and cabinet refinishing between $4,500 and $9,000. Our minimum project is usually around $2,000. Those are general ranges only, because the final price depends on the size and condition of your home, the preparation and repairs needed, accessibility, the number of colors and the paint system you choose. How long does a paint job take?
Most interior rooms take a couple of days. A full exterior depends on size, prep and weather. We'll give you a real schedule in your written estimate, and we stick to it. We won't promise "a couple days" for a job that honestly needs a week.
Do you fix drywall, cracks and trim before painting?
Yes. Small drywall repairs and caulking are included with our painting services. Proper prep is most of what separates a 10-year finish from a 2-year one.
Can you help us choose colors?
Absolutely. We work in Sherwin-Williams systems every day and we'll help you land colors you'll still love in five years, during your free estimate visit.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. Washington license #PAINTL*762CW, Oregon CCB #257561, bonded, and carrying $1,000,000 in liability insurance. We're also Lead Safety Certified, which matters in older Portland and Vancouver homes.
